That the work week should be 5 days long and the weekend only 2 days long was seriously dillusional! I could use 3 more days of weekend, how about you? It just went WAY to fast! So here I am *at work* waiting for the Monday meeting to start *gag*. The boss would be happy to see how I pass the time;)
I did this card last night for Beate's weekend sketch challenge! It was such a fun sketch, and can you tell I'm totally love 4.25x4.25 cards??? The square shape is so fun! And these colors are so awesome together, I think they're the colors I'm going to use for my Christmas cards this year! Chocolate, Purely Pomegranate, and Wild Wasabi! Mmmmm:) I stamped the Purely Pom base with the argyle stamp from Looks Like Spring and the chocolate piece with Aida Cloth. I stamped the main image with my Heartfelt Thanks stamp set! I used my awesome corner punch for the corners you see up top and added some blingage:) And, can you see it? That yummy Chocolate satin ribbon? Oy, it's fabby.
Okay, meeting time...have a *cough* fantastic *cough* Monday:)

Amber, your card is gorgeous! What's not to like about a square card with chocolate chip color?
Thanks so much for trying out the sketch!
I like having only two day weekends. But that's because I am a stay at home Mom. The weekdays are like weekends for me, having the mornings all to myself.
Hugs and grins
Those colors are WONDERFUL together!! That was the first thing that came to my mind. I love them, and the card turned out gorgeous!
beauty of a card, your cards are stunning. I could use longer weekends also.
You crack me up girl -- hope you survived your Monday! The card is wonderful -- and yes, those colors definitely rock!
Amber, I can't read the colored text today (LOUSY monitor!!!), but I can see that gorgeous card!! LOVE it! smiles...
hope Monday wasn't too bad, at least there's a long weekend coming really soon. Got my goodies yesterday, THANK YOU SO MUCH. I still haven't had the time to go through it all properly, I'm planning on doing that today. It's like Christmas. And the "container" - just the thing I need to make my space look "girly". Thanks again.
Loving all your cards, fab stuff.
I love this elegant card!
